Better Decisions: Brighter Futures
Life is about decisions. What we decide, and the process we use to make decisions, can have a significant impact on our lives.
At Next Step Training, we use a solution focused approach to assist clients in making better decisions and building brighter futures.
At Next Step Training, every client receives the benefit of professional trainers. Our trainers have unique areas of expertise, experience, and strength.
Our team walks together with the client towards solutions and positive therapeutic outcomes. The team approach allows for maximum creativity, analysis, and insight. The team confers and discusses, arriving at decisions and solutions in partnership and collaboration with the client.
We Meet You Wherever You Are:
Relationship matters. Whether it is relating to yourself or to others, knowing who you are and embracing that is a critical step towards good mental health.
Next Step Training specializes in Relationship Awareness Theory and assists clients with relationship and conflict management.
Next Step Training offers professional counseling services along three general dimensions: emotional, educational, and relational. In the emotional dimension we help clients with anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, and stress management. In the educational dimension we assist clients with ADD/ADHD, behavior, and learning/cognitive improvement. And in the relational dimension, we work on strengthening relationships and marriages through individual, couples, and pre-engagement counseling.
Solution Focused therapy is a method of seeing the whole person and working towards developing strategies to improve a client’s life in a warm and accepting environment. We do not focus on the problem. We focus on the person.
